Alpha Industries partners with Zurich-based collective Prototypes to reinterpret military heritage through a radical upcycling approach. Archival silhouettes are stripped back and rebuilt through modular “proto-design".

An extension of Prototypes "zero waste concept", the Bomber Sleeve Bag upcycles MA-1 sleeves into a functional accessory that keeps the iconic utility pocket front and center.
